Aymen Aboushi - Partner
Aymen focuses his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, civil rights, consumer protection, criminal defense, and employment law. He has represented individuals, corporations, business owners and various types of injured parties. A gifted trial attorney, Aymen is mentioned in the media for his work on defending the rights of the public against infractions committed by state agencies and authorities. Aymen has won several high-profile jury trials for his clients in Federal and State Courts. He is also been appointed by the Court to mediate disputes.
Prior to joining The Aboushi Law Firm, Aymen was a Trial Attorney for the United States Department of Justice. As a DOJ Trial Attorney, he represented the United States in cases across the United States. Following law school, he clerked for the Honorable Patty Shwartz, for the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Aymen obtained his law degree from Fordham Law School, where he was an Editor on the Journal of Corporate Financial Law, and his undergraduate degree from Fordham University.
Aymen is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
