Tahanie Aboushi - Partner
Tahanie focuses her practice on immigration law, family law, landlord/tenant, foreclosure defense, criminal defense, commercial, federal, civil and appellate litigation. She has represented individuals, business owners, real estate owners and companies. A passionate advocate for her clients, Tahanie does not take no for an answer and ensures that her clients interest are fully protected in and outside of court.
Prior to joining The Aboushi Law Firm, Tahanie worked with the firm, Adams, Sampson & Associates, LLC and handled a variety of matters in the area of family law, criminal law, immigration law and foreclosure defense. She also clerked for the Honorable Milton A. Tingling, of the New York State Supreme Court, New York County.
Tahanie obtained her law degree from the College of Law at Syracuse University, where she was inducted into the Moot Court Honor Society, and her undergraduate degree from St. Johns University.
